About This Author

Jay Cooper is the pastor of Jacob's Well, a new United Methodist Church plant in Chandler, AZ. He and his wife, Carey, moved to Arizona in 2010 after serving as Volunteers in Mission in Guatemala for two years. Jay enjoys hiking and trying new restaurants with Carey and friends, connecting with individuals who are outside the church but interested in Jesus, and seeking ways in which he and Jacob's Well can work alongside God in His redeeming work in the world.
