Amie Martin is a church planter, thinker, mother, and ordained elder in the United Methodist Church. She has a unique way of challenging the status quo and synthesizing scholarly research with practical suggestions for living out the mission of God in her context. She wants to see the church live into her full identity to be a sign and instrument of the restorative love of God in the world. She also co-founded The Grace Period, a nonprofit transitional housing organization in St. Charles County, Missouri.
