Andrew Zirschky is the academic director at the Center for Youth Ministry Training and assistant professor of practical theology and youth ministry at Memphis Theological Seminary. He has twenty years of youth ministry experience at churches in Idaho, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Tennessee.
