David Teems is an author and musician who grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, where he studied Psychology at Georgia State University and cultivated a life-long passion for the English voice — Shakespeare, Tyndale, Wordsworth, Whitman, Thomas Wolfe and others. He served as a historical expert for National Geographic’s “Origins” series and has written six books including Godspeed: Voices of the Reformation, Tyndale: The Man Who Gave God an English Voice, and Majestie: The King Behind the King James Bible, and recorded several music and spoken-word albums. David lives with his wife, Benita, in Franklin, Tennessee and they have two grown sons.
