Jim Hunter and his wife, Kathryn, serve as co-pastors at Hibben UMC in the South Carolina.

After a brief career as a manager in the transportation industry, Jim entered the ministry in 1983. He is a native of western North Carolina. His undergraduate studies where completed at Montreat College and Charlotte University. He holds a Masters of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Erskine Theological Seminary.
