Jones Zimmerman holds a BA in Religious Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MDiv from Candler School of Theology at Emory University. Before coming to the United Methodist Publishing House, Jones served as a Christian educator and minister to children, youth and adults in various congregations. She is the writer and editor of Submerge: Deep Blue for Tweens, and editor of Deep Blue Rotation Stations. Jones is passionate about pastoral care with children, and wrote the children’s book Eek! Said Amy to help children ages 3-7 deal with fear and anxiety.
