Leanne Ciampa Hadley has worked with children for her entire life and has specialized in children’s spirituality for her entire career. The children have been her teachers and now she shares what she has learned about spirituality, healing, and spiritual growth with you!

Dr. Hadley attended Miami University, Oxford, Ohio where she received her BA and she earned both her MDiv and DMin degrees from United Theological Seminary.

She serves as Associate Pastor at First United Methodist Church, Colorado Springs, where she oversees and directs the children and families ministries and leads a successful contemplative worship movement

She is the president and founder of the First Steps Spirituality Center, which is dedicated to providing spiritual care to hurting children at no cost to the children or their families and providing workshops and trainings for adults.

In addition to working at the church and center, Leanne travels nationally and internationally leading retreats, workshops and training events. She is the recipient of numersous awards. She is co-author with Rueben Job of When You Pray as a Family.
