Mary Beth Franklyn is an executive director with the Tennessee Treasury Department. Previously she served as a health care attorney for 25 years with Tennessee Children's Services and TENNCARE Medicaid. She is chair of the worship committee and an altar designer at Belmont United Methodist Church in Nashville, TN.
