Wei-erh Chen is a business attorney with the Davis Brown Law Firm where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general business transactions.  Wei-erh graduated magna cum laude from the University of Northern Iowa and with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law. Along the way, Wei-erh also received his Master of Theological Studies from Vanderbilt  Divinity School where he focused his studies on the intersection of law, religion and society.
