Healthy churches are lead by healthy leaders.

How is your health as a spiritual leader? If you were to evaluate your “spiritual fitness level” how are you doing? Have you struggled to implement spiritual disciplines in your life?

Just about everyone has the same struggle. We want to grow spiritually, but it is hard to carve out the time for building the muscles of our soul.
